We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.Due to the pure nature of our virgin human hair products, most product concerns can be resolved with a simple care and maintenance routine. Even a simple wash and condition can often remedy tangling problems that may occur from general use. All of our products are human hair and must be properly cared for.
Texture Disclaimer
- While our pictures are meant to give you a good idea of our textures, virgin human hair is distinct, and no two heads of hair are exactly alike. Hence there may be some variation between our pictures and that of the hair you receive. Due to the nature of our product, and because each individual piece comes from a separate donor, we cannot guarantee hair color or texture.
- Exchanges WILL NOT be issued for dissatisfaction with texture or color!
Limitation of Liability
