At Makeda Beauty we exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair. Every bundle of hair goes through a vigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
This is set in place to assure every product our customers receive is brand new and it was not handled by anyone else but themselves. Safety and health is one of our many top priorities.For special situations based only upon Makeda Beauty’s preference can a replacement or an exchange may be possible. However, if you feel you’ve received a product that is truly defective and unusual we want to hear from you!
In order for you to exchange your hair, all hair MUST be returned in its original condition, unworn, unaltered with all tags and seals intact. Any alterations will prevent hair exchange. This includes but is not limited to any hair that has been cut, combed, fingered combed, and brushed. Any hair that has been wet, dyed, bleached or conditioned will not be exchanged. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution.
If you have received any product that is defective you must contact us within (3) three calendar days of receipt of the merchandise. Although no refunds are permitted we will address the quality issue at once. A Return & Exchange Form should be filled and submitted within the (3) three calendar days of receipt of the merchandise as earlier mentioned. We shall review your completed form and revert whether your request fulfils our requirement for an exchange. Should the request be approved, a customer service representative will provide the customer with mailing instructions for the return of the product in question. If we decide to allow an exchange, Partners are responsible for RETURN SHIPPING COST. WE WILL NOT pay or reimburse Partners for any returned shipping fees foreign or domestic.
If Makeda Beauty verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, Makeda Beauty will then exchange the item. If the customer selects a product in exchange of greater value, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item. Makeda Beauty will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged/new item back to the customer. If Makeda Beauty does not validate the product defect issue, we will return the item in question to the customer at our expense without an exchange of product. However we will not accept any product that has been altered in any way.
We suggest sending through a carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation and please do not send unauthorized returns. We assume no responsibility for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to the incorrect address.
Merchandise must be physically received before a return can be granted. Please allow 72 hours upon receipt.
You may not cancel your order once it has been made and paid for. Cancellations are considered refunds and we will not honor any cancellations. Based on our discretion we may allow a change of order.
Incorrect Orders / Products
- In the rare occurrence of a mistake or delay from our end, we will make every effort to correct it. If we shipped the wrong item or something is missing, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same method of shipping as on your order. You must notify us of any incorrect or missing items within 3 days after receipt of your shipment.
Makeda Beauty will not resend or refund a package that shows DELIVERED on the Courier Company tracking.
